Our Marketing & Recruitment team is looking for you to join the team as an

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Design and manage student-facing events on our Frankfurt School Campus incl. external locations around Frankfurt
  • Support the planning and organisation of university events at Frankfurt School
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure location agreements
  • Ensure consistent brand representation of Frankfurt School at all events, both online and offline
  • Assist with social media and online marketing activities before and during events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. recruitment, programme management, study advisory, facility management) and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide general office support and assist our operations team as needed

Anforderungen

  • Successfully completed business school / university degree, as well as a strong interest in event management, marketing, and social media
  • Know-how in event management and initial professional experience in a similar work environment or role beneficial
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German, as well as excellent communication skills
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Result-oriented and conscientious personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of motivation
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to assume responsibility
