We, at the Frankfurt School International Advisory Services, are currently looking for a Project Assistant (m/f/x) supporting our team, initially for the period of 24 months. 

• Administrative support for project managers in the acquisition, preparation, operational implementation and execution of project measures.

• Financial accounting and controlling of projects.

• Support in the creation and formatting of reports and other documents.

• Cooperation with project managers in the implementation of consulting and training measures.

• Communication with external consultants.

• Project monitoring on site.

• University degree, preferably at Masters’ level, in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, International Studies or in arelated field or equivalent professional experience.

• First relevant experience in providing technical expertise and assistance to partner institutions (e.g. in internships/ as working student).

• Fluent in Business English (working language); good knowledge of French or other foreign languages is advantageous.

• Professional experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

• Commitment to take responsibility and proactively contributing to business outcomes. in a multicultural, fast-changing environment. 

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders, including high-level individuals.
