In der Abteilung „IAS“ ist die folgende Position zu besetzen:

Your Tasks

  • You support in the facilitation of project partnerships in the context of  the application for ISF co-financing , with proactive communication outlining the project partnership formation, project application and resource planning
  • Assist the process of communication, coordination and collaboration among project partnership members when preparing a  submission to the ISF by communicating the ISF requirements, gathering data and advising on alignment with the ISF eligibility criteria
  • You realize short term missions to contribute to project success (feasibility studies, training assistance or other technical contributions)
  • You coordinate the Call for Proposal application process (Concept Note and Full Proposal) for ISF tracking progress and knowledge management with digital storage of relevant documentation
  • You support the acquisition process for projects, including the identification of opportunities, preparation of expressions of interest and technical proposals, expert recruitment, and other related activities

Your Profile

  • University degree, preferably at Masters’ level, in developmental or international studies or a similar field
  • Sufficient relevant working experience, preferable in development banks or other financial organisations with focus on economic development;
  • Interest in working in finance sector advisory projects in emerging and developing countries;
  • Motivated, dynamic and flexible to work in a multicultural, fast-changing environment
  • Experience in offering technical expertise and assistance to partner institutions
  • Fluent in Business English and German (verbally and in writing); good knowledge of another language would be an asset
  • Commitment to take over responsibility and proactively contribute to business outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills, including ability to coordinate activities with several (high level) stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Professional experience with Excel and PowerPoint, Sharepoint
