We offer comprehensive educational and advisory services to students, executives, graduates, participants, clients, and partners from all over the world.
To support the Sustainable Finance Team we are looking for a Project Coordinator (f/m/x). This position is initially limited for 24 months.
Your Tasks
- Support the Sustainable Finance Team in acquisition of new projects, including compiling expressions of interests, and providing input to developing technical and financial offers.
- Contribute to project implementation, including the processing of incoming and outcoming correspondance and project documents, providing input to project deliverables.
- Contribute to project reports and descriptions for visual materials.
- Support the team in the planning, coordination and supervision of field activities.
- Support the controlling of projects, including invoicing, budget control functions.
- Analytical work in collecting, processing and analysing of quantitative and qualitiative data using survey a tool.
- Organisation and contribution to the implementation of events, workshops, and training seminars (e.g. support the compilation of presentation and visual materials and logistics).
- Social and professional networking sites to identify and source project experts.
Your Profile
- University degree, preferably at Masters’ level, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years' professional experience in implementation of international projects.
- Proficienty in appliying MS Office.
- Fluent in English (working language) and at least one other language (French, Portuguese, Spanish) both oral and in writing.
- Interest in working in finance sector advisory projects in emerging and developing countries and development consultancy.
- Strong capacity for teamwork, but also ability to work independently, including motivation and committment for flexibility and creativitiy and ability to work in a multicultural, fast-changing environment and to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills within and outside the team with intercultural sensitivity.
- Willigness for business trips if required.
