Im Bereich „Executive Education“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als

Your Tasks

  • Weiterentwicklung und fachliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Produkte und Projekte sowie deren Neuentwicklung und Monitoring
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Inhouse-Maßnahmen für Neu- und Bestandskunden inkl. Qualitätssicherung der eingesetzten Inhalte und Medien
  • Leitung von Abschlussprüfungen und Entwicklung von Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit den fachlichen Dozierenden
  • Unterstützung des Directors bei der operativen und strategischen Steuerung von Projekten und aktive Vermarktung der zugeteilten Projekte 
  • Entwicklung und/oder Qualitätssicherung von Lernmaterialien und elektronischer Lernmedien
  • Dozierendenakquise und -evaluation sowie Durchführung von Dozentenkonferenzen
  • Projektbezogene Kundenbesuche, individuelle Bildungsberatung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Vertrieb für die zugeordneten Produkte und Projekte

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschul-oder Fachhochschulstudium in einem für diese Position relevanten Fachbereich bzw. gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Weiterbildung und/oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre (insb. Corporate Finance, Controlling oder Accounting)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit internationalen Kunden oder länderübergreifenden Projekten im Bildungsbereich, in der Beratung oder in der Finanzabteilung eines Unternehmens von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigsten MS-Office Anwendungen (insb. PowerPoint)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, ausgezeichnetes analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungssicherheit und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit diversen Stakeholdern, Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
