Im Bereich „Ausbildung und berufliche Qualifizierung“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als 

Your Tasks

  • Zentrale Verantwortung des Studiengangs in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Steuerung und Betreuung der Dozierenden sowie Sicherstellung der operativen Programmqualität gemäß interner Standards und Akkreditierungsvorgaben
  • Kostenverantwortung & Budgetierung für das Programm sowie Mitwirkung an der Positionierung des Programms in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing & Sales
  • Wettbewerbsanalysen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Programmverbesserung
  • Überprüfung und Implementierung von Lernmaterialien im LMS sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Studienbetreuung und Studierendenvertretung
  • Repräsentative Aufgaben wie Moderation, Teilnahme an Infoveranstaltungen und Beratungsgesprächen zum Bildungsangebot der FS (auch am Abend/ Wochenende)

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium auf Master-, Diplom- oder Magisterniveau, idealerweise Absolvent:in unseres berufsbegleitenden Management-Studiengangs oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bildungsbereich, idealerweise in der Entwicklung bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Studiengängen bzw. Bildungsprodukten sowie Kenntnisse über den Weiterbildungsmarkt sowie die Finanzbranche von Vorteil 
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Innovationsorientierung und praktischem Gestaltungswille sowie analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
