Your Tasks

  • Strategische Entwicklung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid-Social- und Paid-Search-Kampagnen (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, u. a.) zur Erreichung von Marken- und Performance-Zielen
  • Entwicklung und Testing plattformspezifischer Anzeigenformate und -texte zur Steigerung von Engagement, Leads und Conversions
  • Analyse und Optimierung der jeweiligen Kampagnen-Performance anhand definierter KPIs inkl. A/B-Tests, Bid-Strategien und Zielgruppensegmentierung
  • Monitoring von Werbebudgets und Forecasting sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzial zur ROI-Steigerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content- und Designteams zur Entwicklung wirkungsvoller Creatives
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends, Plattform-Updates und Wettbewerberkampagnen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Strategie

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing bzw. Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, insb. im Management und in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Paid-Social- und Paid-Search-Kampagnen
  • Erfahrung in der crossfunktionalen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Content, Design, Sales) sowie idealerweise im Umgang mit Google Tag Manager
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Know-how in der Anwendung datengetriebener Optimierungsmaßnahmen (inkl. A/B-Testing)
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Ansprache, kanalübergreifendes Storytelling und überzeugende Copy
  • Strukturierte, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen Trends
