Your Tasks

  • Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung von Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
  • Erfassung und Buchung von Banken, Kassen sowie Reise- und Honorarkostenabrechnungen
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und OP-Verwaltung
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach HGB)
  • Abstimmung von Konten, Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Koordination und Optimierung operativer Prozesse in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Mitarbeit bei Ad-hoc-Reportings, betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen und Sonderprojekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter:in, Steuerfachangestellte:n oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, präzise und termingetreue Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zahlenaffinität und unternehmerisches Denken
