Your Tasks

  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für ein Studienprogramm im Bereich „Professional/ Post-Experience Masters“ mit Fokus auf Qualität, Strategie und Weiterentwicklung
  • Kooperation und Schnittstellenmanagement mit zentralen internen Partnern wie Marketing, Admissions, Scheduling, Student Services und Alumni Relations
  • Weiterentwicklung von Programmen und Curricula unter Einbindung unserer Fakultät, akademischer Leitungen und relevanter Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung gleichbleibend hoher Studienqualität durch aktive Mitgestaltung und Überwachung interner QM-Prozesse
  • Umsetzung und Steuerung finanzieller sowie qualitativer Jahresziele inkl. Curriculum-Planung und Studierbarkeitsprüfung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken mit externen Partnern, insb. Alumni und Kooperationspartnern
  • Durchführung von Benchmark- und Evaluationsanalysen sowie Übernahme repräsentativer Aufgaben im Rahmen Ihres Programms (z. B. Eröffnung, Abschlussfeiern, Executive Talks, M&A Clubs etc.)

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Master-, Diplom- oder Magisterabschluss) in einem für die Position relevanten Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Qualifikation   
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bildungsbereich, idealerweise in der Planung und Koordination von Hochschulstudiengängen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Leistungsbereitschaft und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative sowie ein teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
