In order to strengthen the office of the President, we are seeking your support at the earliest possible date as
Your Tasks
- Act as a sparring partner and sounding board for the President & CEO, providing critical feedback, strategic input, and prioritization advice.
- Support in the design and execution of the Frankfurt School’s strategy.
- Prepare decision briefs, analyses, and recommendations for institutional and corporate initiatives.
- Track and report on strategic KPIs across company performance and academic outcomes.
- Lead, coordinate, or oversee high-priority cross-functional initiatives
- Actively step into operations when required to ensure momentum and delivery of high-priority initiatives.
- Drive innovation projects that strengthen the School’s competitive edge in both education and corporate markets.
- Support planning and allocation of financial and human resources across academic and corporate units.
- Contribute annual budgeting and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure effective governance processes for both academic councils and executive boards.
- Serve as an information and coordination hub, managing the flow of communication across business units, faculty, administrative leadership, boards, regulators, and external partners.
- Prepare board materials and support executive communication and positioning.
- Represent the President & CEO in selected internal and external committees, boards, and events.
- Partner with leadership to anticipate risks and support responses to institutional, corporate, or external challenges.
- Coordinate crisis communication and maintain organizational resilience.
- Support cultural alignment across academic and corporate units in times of transformation.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes across Frankfurt School
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration between academic programs, executive education, and corporate solutions.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or higher in business, economics, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Substantial professional experience in higher education management, executive education, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Familiarity with accreditation frameworks and corporate training markets is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate across academic and corporate contexts.
- Strong project and resource management skills.
- Excellent communicator in German and English; comfortable addressing faculty, students, corporate executives, regulators, and policy-makers.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Trusted advisor with high integrity and discretion.
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset; solution-oriented.
