Your Tasks

  • Akquise, Beratung und Betreuung von Studieninteressent:innen und Bewerbenden
  • Pflege von Kundendaten, Verwaltung von Leads, Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Datenanalyse
  • Identifizierung von Trends und Verbesserungsvorschläge
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei verschiedenen Aufgaben, sowohl administrativ als auch organisatorisch
  • Kampagnen- und Leadmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingkampagnen und deren Auswertung
  • Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von Marketingmaterial, Werbemitteln und Website-Inhalten
  • Planung, Durchführung und Besuch von Events für Interessent:innen auf unserem Campus
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Programmmanagement und unserem Zulassungsteam aus der Studienbetreuung

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder alternative (betriebswirtschaftliche) Weiterbildungen (bestenfalls aus unserem Dreiklangportfolio)
  • Verständnis vom Hochschulwesen und im Bereich der Weiterbildung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme
  • Kommunikationsstärke verbunden mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort & Schrift
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten – Präsentationserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Lösungsorientierte und gewissenhafte sowie selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit der Fähigkeit zur kollaborativen Arbeit im Team
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, hohes Maß an Motivation und Flexibilität
