Your Tasks

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung einer angemieteten Liegenschaft sowie Mietermanagement und Nutzerbetreuung
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit Gebäudenutzern und Vermietern zu kaufmännischen, technischen und infrastrukturellen Themen
  • Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Mietdokumentationen sowie jährlichen Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Steuerung, Koordination und Qualitätskontrolle externer Dienstleister
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Objektbegehungen und Unterstützung im Flächenmanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation im Facility Management sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Nutzergruppen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung gewerblich genutzter Immobilien, idealerweise im Kontext angemieteter Liegenschaften
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mietverträgen, Nebenkostenabrechnungen und kaufmännisch-technischen Themen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationsgeschick, Detailgenauigkeit und verbindliches Auftreten
