Your Tasks

  • Beratung von Interessierten zu den Weiterbildungsangeboten – telefonisch, per E-Mail oder im persönlichen Gespräch
  • Beobachtung und Pflege der Vertriebskanäle sowie Entwicklung kreativer Ansätze zur Lead-Generierung und Conversion
  • Arbeit mit unserem CRM-System und kontinuierliche Pflege von Leads, Kontakten und Aktivitäten
  • Planung und Moderation von Informationsveranstaltungen und digitalen Events zur professionellen Präsentation der Programme
  • Unterstützung des Marketing-Teams bei der Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Kampagnen sowie aktive Einbringung eigener Ideen
  • Analyse von Märkten, Zielgruppen und Wettbewerbern zur Ableitung von Impulsen für die Vertriebsstrategie
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Marketing, Programm-Management und weiteren Abteilungen der Frankfurt School

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in einem für die Position relevanten Fachbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsumfeld, Kundenservice oder im Bildungsbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; aufgrund unserer internationalen Ausrichtung setzen wir außerdem gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse voraus
  • Digitale Affinität und sicherer im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie CRM-Systemen und MS Office
  • Empathische und serviceorientierte Kommunikationsstärke – am Telefon, per E-Mail und im persönlichen Austausch bei internen Konferenzen
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse für das Thema berufliche Weiterbildung und Freude, Menschen bei ihrer Entwicklung zu begleiten
