For our strongly growing portfolio, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (f/m/x) with experience in Finance and Banking.
Your Tasks
- Procurement search (Identification and preparation of new tenders, preparation of project and performance descriptions, coordination of implementing agreements);
- Project management (regular exchanges with project experts and partners, drafting project reports, reviewing and approving contracts, participation in meetings and events);
- Short term expert assignment (feasibility studies, provision of trainings or short term technical contributions to on-going projects);
- Procurement management (tender coordination, calculation of project budgets, preparation of procurement and tender documents, evaluation of tenders, technical examination of contracts)
- Analytical work (market and financial analysis and ability to implement computer based models to analyze balance sheets, calculate key financial ratios, and make proactive recommendations in drafting loan documentation and security arrangements);
- Proposal Writing (main working language is English);
- Social and professional networking sites to identify and source project experts
Your Profile
- University degree, preferably at Masters’ level, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related field or equivalent professional experience;
- Experience in working in commercial banks (<5 years) or donor organisation ;
- Interest in working in finance sector advisory projects in Emerging and Developing Countries;
- Motivated, dynamic and flexible to work in a multicultural, fast-changing environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in offering technical expertise and assistance to partner institutions
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of French or another foreign language would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills, including ability to coordinate activities requiring participation of several stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
