Your Tasks

  • Betreuung der Bewerbenden vom Zeitpunkt der Bewerbung bis zum Beginn des Studiums
  • Inhaltliche und formale Prüfung der Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie Organisation und Durchführung von Interviews und Assessment-Centern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Student Recruitment und der Studienbetreuung
  • Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen für Studieninteressierte
  • Pflege der internen Kundendatenbank und Auswertung von Evaluationen
  • Erstellen von Vorlagen, Statistiken und sonstigen Unterlagen, die zur Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts beitragen

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Programme (insb. Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Lösungsorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Mitarbeit im Team
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick, Verbindlichkeit, eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Verständnis für das Hochschulwesen und Image-Awareness
