We are looking for a Programme Manager (f/m/x) Erasmus Mobility to start as soon as possible in our International Office in "Degree Programmes"

Your Tasks

The Programme Manager (f/m/x) Erasmus Mobility is in charge of the planning, coordination, and administration of Erasmus+ programmes, funding and student mobility activities. The role works closely with exchange students, colleagues from the Study Advisory, and the International Student Mobility Team to ensure smooth and high-quality mobility experiences. The key responsabilities are:

  • Coordinate Erasmus+ student mobility (incoming and outgoing)
  • Monitor Erasmus budgets, grants, and cost allocations
  • Advise and support students throughout the entire mobility process
  • Manage Erasmus-related documentation, learning agreements, and grant administration
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking and cost control related to mobility activities
  • Liaise with partner universities and internal stakeholders
  • Work with digital platforms in order to arrange Erasmus+ agreements and to coordinate student activities
  • Ensure compliance with Erasmus+ guidelines and reporting requirements

Your Profile

  • Experience in international higher education, higher education administration, or student mobility
  • Experience in budget management or financial tracking is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English; German and/or other additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and cost awareness
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Independent, reliable, and student-oriented working style
