We are looking for you as a Programme Manager (f/m/x) to start as soon as possible in our Green & Sustainable Finance Team within the Executive & Professional Education department.
Your Tasks
- Programme and project management for selected open and customized green & sustainable finance programmes & trainings, including implementation, quality assurance, success monitoring, continuous development, budgeting, as well as functional guidance of assigned programme assistants and/or coordinators.
- Product and market development, including the design, development, and monitoring of new programmes in close cooperation with the Senior Programme Manager and/or the Director.
- Acquisition of customized projects, including tendering, proposal writing, and technical and commercial preparation of offers.
- Client and participant management, including advisory services, recruitment, relationship management, and project-related on-site customer visits.
- Participant engagement and learning support, including fostering a supportive and interactive (online) learning environment, addressing participant inquiries, and collaborating closely with the study advisory team.
- Optional: Teaching activities, including the delivery of lectures and seminars and the facilitation of high-quality learning experiences in sustainable finance topics.
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Sustainability/Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Education).
- Professional experience in programme or project management in an advisory or training context, ideally including client acquisition and proposal writing, preferably linked to sustainable finance
- Solid understanding of sustainable finance topics (e.g. RE finance, ESG, climate risk management, climate adaptation, nature-based solution, biodiversity, carbon accounting); teaching, training, or coaching experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. At least one other language (French, Portuguese, Spanish), both oral and in writing. German language skills would be an asset.
- Proficiency in applying MS Office, including the use of digital learning tools and platforms to enhance participant experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills, with assertiveness in negotiations with customers and partners, and a strong sales and customer orientation
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage programmes independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
