Zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Teams in der Abteilung Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin Sie als

• Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung aller Paid-Social- und Paid-Search-Aktivitäten (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) inklusive Qualitätssicherung der Kampagnen-Setups sowie Weiterentwicklung von Audience-, Funnel- und Kanalstrategien mit Fokus auf Lead-Generierung
• Entwicklung praxisnaher Best Practices und Guidelines basierend auf Performance-Daten, inklusive KPI-Definition, strategischem Reporting und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Sicherstellung verlässlicher Tracking- und Messkonzepte (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel & Events)
• Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, -steuerung und Forecasting
• Fachliches Sparring und Unterstützung der Junior Digital Marketing Specialists
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Web, Design, Sales) zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Paid-Media-Aktivitäten

• Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische, hands-on Erfahrung im Paid Social und Paid Search/SEA (idealerweise in einem Inhouse-Setup oder auf Agenturseite) davon mindestens 1 Jahr mit strategischer Steuerung und Budgetverantwortung
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Paid-Media-Plattformen, Audience-Strategien und Funnel-Logiken im Kontext von Lead-Generierung und Conversion-Optimierung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in GA4, Google Tag Manager sowie Tracking- und Messkonzepten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1+)
• Stark analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie organisierte Arbeitsweise, um eine parallele Steuerung komplexer Themen, KPIs und Budgets zu ermöglichen
