We offer comprehensive educational and advisory services to students, executives, graduates, participants, clients, and partners from all over the world.

We are looking for a Programme Manager (m/f/d) for the doctoral programme including the Master of Business Research & Analytics (MBRA) with immediate effect, initially for a limited period of 24 months. We are looking for a person with leadership experience in programmes who can restructure the administrative tasks for the programme and take a leading role in the organisation of the PhD Office and the execution of related tasks.

Your Tasks

  • Support the re-organisation and restructuring of the PhD Office. Restructuring of programme administration including admissions, scheduling, student support, examinations, marketing and quality assurance.
  • Process and project management in the doctoral programme and MBRA. Supporting the academic management in the strategic development of the curriculum. Overall responsibility for the implementation of all conceptual and operational topics including budgetary management.
  • Networking with key stakeholder groups, including partners and alumni.

Your Profile

  • University degree, preferably in the field of adult education
  • Initial professional managerial experience in higher education institutions, and ideally knowledge of the international higher education landscape
  • Ability to think and plan in a cross-functional fashion and enjoy working with people in an international environment
  • Your organisational and communication skills are as strong as your management skills
  • You have a self-motivated, independent and target-orientated way of working, show commitment and are a team player.
  • Very good command of German and excellent written and spoken English
