Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is an EQUIS, AACSB and ABMA internationally accredited, research-orientated business school with university status. We offer comprehensive educational and advisory services to students, executives, graduates, participants, clients, and partners from all over the world.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager (f/m/x) to start as soon as possible in our department „Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions“.

Your Tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers and business partners
  • Establishing and expanding a network for targeted customer contact and customer loyalty (with regular travelling)
  • Representing Frankfurt School at events and trade fairs
  • Planning and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Data and campaign management in the customer database (CRM tool), including lead management 
  • Acquisition, consulting and support of prospective students and applicants for the academic programmes at Frankfurt School
  • Market and competitior analysis 
  • Content development for programme marketing materials, both print and online
  • Development of an annual marketing and sales plan 
  • Plan, execute, and attend events for students and prospective students
  • Maintain relationships with and engage Alumni, Student Ambassadors and Students 
  • Representation at trade fairs and events (online, throughout Germany and selected locations worldwide) 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Knowledge of Marketing/Recruitment/ Sales within a business school environment strongly preferred. 

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility in a team 

  • Superior organizational skills, a high level of motivation and flexibility as well as a very good command of written and spoken English and German.  

In addition, you have good social skills and an understanding of higher education. Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
