We, at Frankfurt School’s Sustainable World Academy (SWA), are looking for a Programme Assistant (f/m/d) to support the Development Finance e-Campus portfolio initially for a period of 24 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract. 

Your Tasks

  • Support SWA’s green & sustainable finance training portfolio.
  • Study Advisory, including communication with clients and prospective and enrolled participants from all over the world (primarily via email or phone) and maintenance of the e-Campus Platform (materials, information, forum, updates).
  • Actively support marketing activities, incl. social media, online portals, website management and representing SWA at conferences.
  • Assist with day-to-day project tasks, including proposal writing, reporting, and financial controlling.
  • Support the creation of digital learning materials, including video production, web-based training modules, and other digital content.
  • Potentially support global advisory and training projects focused on green and sustainable finance.

Your Profile

  • Degree in a subject related to social sciences, education, business or finance or similar
  • Initial relevant experience, ideally in education, and/or marketing, gained through professional roles, internships, or as working student.
  • Proficient in English and Russian. Other languages can be an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly valued
  • Knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic design software is a plus.
  • Highly organized, with strong communication and administrative skills; able to adjust quickly to new environments, and enjoying to work in a dynamic team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks quickly and respond to changing demands.
