Project Assistant (f/m/d)

Administrative support for project managers in the acquisition, preparation, operational implementation and execution of project measures.

Financial accounting and controlling of projects.

Support in the creation and formatting of reports and other documents.

Cooperation with project managers in the implementation of consulting and training measures.

Communication with external consultants.

Project monitoring on site.

University degree, preferably at Masters’ level, in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, International Studies or in arelated field or equivalent professional experience.

First relevant experience in providing technical expertise and assistance to partner institutions (e.g. in internships/ as working student).

Fluent in Business English (working language); good knowledge of French or other foreign languages is advantageous.

Professional experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Commitment to take responsibility and proactively contributing to business outcomes. in a multicultural, fast-changing environment. 

Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders, including high-level individuals.
