We offer comprehensive educational and advisory services to students, executives, graduates, participants, clients, and partners from all over the world.

We at the Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy (SWA) are currently looking for you to support our team, initially for a period of 24 months.

Your Tasks

  • Support SWA’s financial inclusion training portfolio
  • Study advisory, incl. communication with clients as well as prospective and enrolled participants worldwide (mostly via e-mail or phone), and maintenance of our e-campus platform (materials, information, forum, updates)
  • Support in developing digital learning materials (incl. video production, WBTs, etc.)
  • Active support on marketing activities (incl. social media, portals, website, conferences)
  • Day-to-day assistance in project management, proposal writing, reporting, and controlling
  • Support on sustainable and development finance training projects all over the world, if needed

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in a subject related to social sciences, education, business, or finance and/or relevant professional experience in education, finance, development cooperation, sustainability/CSR, and/or marketing through professional assignments or internships.
  • Experience in content management or learning systems are a strong asset.
  • You are proficient in English and French (written and spoken) – Spanish or German language skills are strong assets.
  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • You are very organised, have strong communication and administrative skills, adjust quickly to new environments, and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
  • You can adjust priorities quickly and according to demand.
