For our department "Marketing, Sales, Recruitment & Admissions we are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Officer (f/m/d).
Your Tasks
Position Summary:
The Sales Enablement Officer will play a vital role in supporting our B2B sales team, helping to streamline processes, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales success. In this role, you will work closely with our relationship managers, Business Development Managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Team Operations: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond to client inquiries, manage communication, and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Sales Process Coordination: Cold call to set up sales meetings and product demos for B2B Sales. Respond to incoming enquiries.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Experience: min 5 years in customer facing role. Extensive Knowledge of academic offerings, in particular Professional Master programmes
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software (mainly Full Fabric and preferably CLM), and willing to learn about sales automation tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: in English and German, plus a third European language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Motivated and proactive: Highly motivated with a focus supporting B2B Sales.
- Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to both internal and external stakeholders, up to board level, on the phone and via Email.
- Positive Attitude: Persistence in customer conversations and sales preparation.
