Your Tasks
- Provide structured administrative support to the Admissions team, including monitoring and organising incoming inquiries and documentation
- Maintain and update applicant and prospect data in our CRM system (Full Fabric), including data entry, note-taking
- Ensure data quality and consistency within the CRM system, identifying and correcting inconsistencies
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective students, ensuring timely and professional communication in English
- Support the coordination and execution of assessment centres
- Assist with reviewing and checking application documents for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare reports and support data analysis related to admissions activities
- Take ownership of smaller operational projects within the admissions process
- Support CRM-based campaign tracking and performance monitoring (e.g., applicant funnel analysis)
- Support varied communications with current doctoral students
Your Profile
We are seeking a motivated and well-organised working student to support our Admissions team for our doctoral programme. In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of our admissions processes, working closely with an international team in a dynamic academic environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys combining administrative responsibilities with marketing and communication tasks. If you are comfortable working in both German and English and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced setting, we look forward to receiving your application.
